Privacy Notice

Last updated 25 September 2026

This notice explains what happens to the personal data you give FLODENCE on this website. At the moment the site is a single landing page with one feature that handles personal data: joining the Seasonal Letter by email.

What we collect when you join the Seasonal Letter

The landing page itself sets no cookies and includes no analytics or advertising scripts. The Turnstile widget loads only after you open the signup form.

How the signup works

When you press Join, your address is sent to a small function that runs on our hosting provider, Vercel. The function checks the Turnstile verification and then passes your address to Resend, the email service we use for the Seasonal Letter. Resend stores it as a contact on our Seasonal Letter list.

Resend then sends us a short internal notification that a request to join was received. That notification contains your email address and is delivered to a FLODENCE mailbox, so a copy of your address is also kept there.

Joining takes one step: there is no confirmation email and no welcome email. The message you see on the page means only that your request was received. From then on the Seasonal Letter is sent to your address until you unsubscribe. Because nothing asks the owner of the address to confirm, please enter only your own address.

If your address was already on the list, it is not added twice. If you unsubscribed before, joining again through the form does not change that: your earlier choice stays in place. To receive the letter again, email contact@flodence.com from that address.

Who processes your data

We use these services to run the newsletter. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.

Emails we send

Subscribers receive the Seasonal Letter: occasional notes on considered objects, simple rituals and living in rhythm with nature. Every letter includes an unsubscribe link. We send nothing when you join, and nothing else to this list.
